Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, Standard Pallet deliveries now take approximately 2-7 working days from when an order is placed. Smaller deliveries that don’t require a pallet service also follow this 2-7 working day timeframe.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur. Our website displays stock information for each product.
To ensure speedy delivery, make sure your items are in stock at checkout. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link. You’ll get further updates when your order has been dispatched by our specialist warehouse team.
PLEASE NOTE: Please don’t book plumbers until your goods have arrived and been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers' or installer costs, consequential loss, or compensation.
Yes, we offer a next-day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently in stock at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12pm (midday).
We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Available delivery options will appear once you have entered your delivery postcode at checkout.
Next Day Delivery is priced at £59.95 (T&C Apply)
PLEASE NOTE: We advise customers not to book tradespeople based on estimated delivery dates. We accept no liability of any and all losses due to items not arriving on time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.

Our Standard Delivery takes approximately 2-7 working days from the point of order, depending on stock levels and your delivery address. This service costs £39.95 for pallet deliveries.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen circumstances, delays can occur. Our website displays stock information for each product.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched.
For larger orders arriving on a pallet, the courier will call you in advance to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The driver is instructed to call 1 hour prior to arriving on the day of delivery.
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over £499 (excl. apply), to UK mainland delivery addresses. Entering your postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight, size & type of the goods.
Please note where orders contain numerous items, your order will only be shipped once all the items are ready for despatch.
We use a selection of couriers and pallet delivery hauliers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type.
All orders can be collected from our showroom in Leicester. Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. However, please be aware that our products are housed in an off-site warehouse, and so your product will not be available to collect on the same day you order.
Once you have arranged to collect from store, we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey! Please be advised we have limited space at our showroom so prompt collection of your order is advised.

Our delivery options are dependent on the size of your order. You can choose from Standard Delivery, Pallet Delivery, and Next Day Delivery.
Please be aware that if you wish to opt for Next Day Delivery (excludes weekends), this service operates Monday to Friday only, and your order must be completed and confirmed by 12pm (midday).

The above charges are for ½ pallet and full pallet orders only. There may be additional charges for smaller quantities if this is the case a member of the team will contact you before confirming your order, and any required additional payment will be taken at that point.
Standard Delivery is free of charge for orders over £499 (exclusions apply), and delivery options will appear after you enter your postcode at checkout.
Please note some parts of London may incur additional delivery charges. If this is the case a member of the team will contact you to discuss the options and any unavoidable charges/costs. If you agree to the additional costs, the additional payment will be taken at that point. Please note we will do our best to keep these costs at a minimum.
Small orders for tiles will carry a small order surcharge, we will do our best to avoid these additional charges where possible but this may well be unavoidable in some cases. A member of the team will contact you should this be case before confirming your order and any additional payment will be taken at that point.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise not to book any tradesmen or contractors before the arrival of goods/items and those goods/items have been checked and deemed satisfactory by yourself as any claims of any losses whether they be financial, time related or consequential will not be accepted.

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch by calling 01163194840.
If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this by calling 01163194840. Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further changes/alterations.
Currently we are not offering weekend deliveries, however we are looking to offer this in the near future.

We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. For larger pallet deliveries a signature is required, and if these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.
In the case of the delivery of tiles, if a delivery is missed a re-delivery charge will most likely be applied and this will need to paid when rearranging your re-delivery, you will need to contact us to rearrange re-delivery. If you miss your delivery, and the courier has left you a calling card, you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please contact by calling 01163194840 where our customer service team will be happy to help you.
We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. Small parcel couriers may leave these with a neighbour if no one is home to accept delivery and leave an appropriate calling card if so.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.
Our payment options include all major credit& debit cards, as well as PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna and Clearpay.
If your payment is declined, please check that you have entered all the information displayed on your card correctly, and that all required fields have been filled in. If any problems persist, please contact our customer services team regarding the issue, providing as much detail as you can, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
